ORAL PRESENTATION INFORMATION

 

Presentation Slides
  • To avoid font issues, it is best to save your PowerPoint or PDF presentation with all fonts embedded. All slides to be in 16:9 format.
  • You are required to be present at 8.30am (for morning session) or 12.30pm (for afternoon session) on your
    presentation date, kindly make sure you are at your presentation venue 10 minutes before your presentation time.
  • For loading of your final presentation slides, please approach the presenters’ desk for assistance.
  • Please save your file as PPT format (.pptx) ad any video or animation need to be embedded.
Time-Keeping
  • Allocated time for contributed talk 15 minutes (include Q&A)
  • Allocated time for Invited talk 20 minutes (include Q&A)
  • Allocated time for Keynote talk 30 minutes (include Q&A)
  • Allocated time for Plenary talk 40 minutes (include Q&A)

 

POSTER PRESENTATION INFORMATION

 

Poster Guideline
  • A display panel (100cm wide and 180cm high) and velcro tape will be provided to put up the respective poster display.
  • All posters are to be provided by the presenters and to be strictly A1 size Portrait (59.4cm wide x 84.1cm high format.
  • There will beNO PRINTING SERVICE available at the conference venue.
  • Presenters are require to put up their posters on 2 December 2024 by 11.00am.
