ABOUT SINGAPORE
Singapore is a city of not just one island but 63 islands. There are 62 offshore islands namely Sentosa (the largest), Pulau Ubin, St John’s Island and Sisters’ Islands.
Visit our Night Safari provides a nocturnal experience like no other in the city; it is also the world’s very first night zoo. Opened in 1994, the 35-hectare park features over 1,000 animals in their naturalistic nighttime. Our first man-made waterfall was built at Jurong Bird Park in 1971, dropping from a height of 30 meters. You will also find the world’s tallest indoor waterfall at 35 meters at the Cloud Forest in Gardens by the Bay. This huge waterfall is the centrepiece of the misty conservatory, designed to house plant life from the tropical highlands. There is also an even taller indoor waterfall, at 40 meter, built at Jewel at one of our terminal in Changi Airport.
Singapore Botanic Gardens has been inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage in 2015. The most popular attraction is the National Orchid Garden, which houses thousands of orchid species known as Very Important Plants (VIPs). Over 200 hybrid orchids in this garden have been affectionately named after visiting foreign dignitaries such as Nelson Mandela, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as well as celebrities like actors Jackie Chan, Zhou Xun and Bae Yong Jun.
There are tonnes of off-the-beaten track neighbourhoods to explore and for those who are passionate about food, here’s where lots of local delicacies by time-tested hawkers to award-winning homegrown chefs meet.
ENTERING SINGAPORE
Travellers seeking to enter Singapore should comply with the prevailing Public Health and Entry Requirements.
There are no longer any COVID-19 measures for travellers arriving in Singapore from 13 February 2023 regardless of vaccination status or traveller profile. Travellers must ensure they fulfil all other immigration requirements.

SG ARRIVAL CARD (SGAC) WITH ELECTRONIC HEALTH DECLARATION
The SG Arrival Card is the electronic version of the paper disembarkation/embarkation (DE) card (or commonly known as the white card) that foreign visitors are required to submit upon arrival in Singapore for immigration clearance. From 27 March 2020, ICA will discontinue the use of paper DE card and all travellers will have to provide their arrival information via the SG Arrival Card e-Service or the MyICA Mobile app instead.
All travellers are required to submit the SG Arrival Card within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) before arriving in Singapore.
